Atlas Intelligence collects only what is necessary to generate a property report and to improve the service: the address and property details you submit, the email and phone number you choose to share, and basic usage events (which wizard step you reached, when).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with brokers, developers, or marketers. Reports are stored so we can resend them on request and so a principal can audit verdicts after the fact.
Submissions sit in a Supabase database in Singapore. Engine workloads run on a dedicated server in Nuremberg, Germany. Emails to you go via Resend.
To delete anything you've submitted, email fredericksia@atlasintelligence.world from the address you used at submission and we'll remove the row within seven days.
